LutherCare Communities' Community Day Programs serve seniors living in the community who desire to maintain a healthy lifestyle, including meaningful social opportunities with their peers.

No assessment is required. Many of our participants find that the weekly program is all they need to ward off feelings of loneliness, and maintain a healthy and positive outlook on life.

Community Day Program activities include the following:

  • Discussions

  • Entertainment
  • Community outings
  • Gentle exercise
  • Hot noon meal and refreshment breaks
