LutherCare Communities offers a range of options to meet your needs for enriched seniors’ housing. Hallmarks of our seniors’ housing developments include:

• Social and Recreational Opportunities – Our support staff help residents organize activities that contribute to social interaction and active lifestyles.
• Wellness – Through on-site clinics and other services, we encourage a proactive approach to wellness.
• Independence – We offer choices, such as full kitchens in all suites, that help you be as independent as possible.
• Spiritual Care – Our chaplains conduct ecumenical worship services, lead Bible studies and offer personal spiritual care. All faith backgrounds are valued and supported.

When you need extra support to maintain your independence, LutherCare Home Help is available in many of our locations to provide supplementary services on a fee-for-service basis.

Intermediate Care Homes are located within or adjacent to three of our seniors’ housing locations. These homes make it possible for you to remain within your supportive and familiar community even as your needs change.

Some of our suites are available through life lease purchase, while others are available for monthly rental. Both offer different advantages. We can help you choose the option that best meets your needs.
